The FTS F&C team have been awarded 1st place in the UK Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service for a
second year in a row.
FTS in Borehamwood provide the customer service for F&C Investments. They have
improved their overall customer service score to 97.54%, up from 94.95% last year.
Last year's result was excellent, so to improve on this and to be first by 4% is a
fantastic achievement.
The Call Centre Focus Awards, now in their third year, aim to raise standards
of customer service and highlight excellent performance. Call Centre Focus commissioned over 18,500
'mystery shopper' calls to the organisations taking part between May and August. Our team was scored
across five key areas: timeliness, ease of use, reliability, knowledgeable staff and personalisation.
The team worked very hard and were determined to keep their title this year and show that last year's
success wasn't just a 'one off'.
